About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across multiple skill sets and visa categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time roles
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Source candidates through portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain strong pipeline for niche IT skills
- Negotiate pay rates and closing offers quickly
- Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT,H4EAD,GC EAD, GC, USC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MSP/VMS clients
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of US tax terms and recruitment processes
Work Location Policy
- Candidates located in Hyderabad must work onsite
- Candidates from other states can work remote initially, with possible relocation or onsite requirement later
