IT Farmers is a growing organization in the IT Staffing. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent in the technology space.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.

Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company website.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.

Knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.

Understanding of current hiring trends in the tech industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
