Job Description

Vantage RMS is a staffing vendor servicing Fortune 1000 clients across North America. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled recruiters to join our team.

Position Details:

Experienced

2 Positions: 2+ years: 5 LPA (Maximum)

Interns

5 Positions: 01 years - 20K Stipend or 3.2 LPA Max

Intern Compensation Breakdown:

  • 20K Stipend: For candidates with below 1 year of experience and not currently working.
  • 3.2 LPA Max: For candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience and currently working.
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Handle full-cycle recruiting for IT requirements from US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
    • Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and Career Builder.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience recruiting for international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Middle East.
    • Proficiently handle different tax terms for the US market (Corp-Corp/W2/1099).
    • Manage requirements for various visa holders, including U.S. Citizens, GC, EAD, TN, and H1B candidates.
    • Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Job Diva, SAP Success Factor, Zoho) and Resume Screening Tools.
    • Conduct phone interviews to assess applicant's relevant knowledge, technical & soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
    • Engage in Social Media Recruiting and Database Management.
    • Manage Stakeholder relationships effectively.

    Qualifications: 2+ Years

    • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in US IT staffing.
    • Skills: Proven track record of successful placements, in-depth knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

    Intern Recruiter (5 Positions)

    • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn US IT staffing processes and international recruitment.
