About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior IT Recruiter/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and building a high-volume pipeline of IT requirements. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and implementation partners, understanding their technical and staffing needs, and delivering top-tier talent efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, including vendor management systems (VMS), and have a proven track record of generating and closing a high volume of job orders consistently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence our growth trajectory and develop your career within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a dual Recruiter/Account Management or Vendor Relations capacity. You should have demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and working directly with major implementation partners or system integrators. A comprehensive understanding of US hiring practices, including visa types such as H1B, CPT, OPT, Green Card, and US Citizens, as well as tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099, is essential. You must be technologically savvy, with extensive experience using ATS/CRM platforms, VMS portals, job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and professional networks such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and vendor managers.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.
High-Volume Requirement & Database Generation
- Proactively source, aggregate, and generate a consistent daily volume of active IT requirements from various channels, including VMS portals, direct clients, implementation partners, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a centralized, organized database of active job requirements and key vendor contacts to facilitate efficient delivery.
- Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and active hiring managers to position the firm competitively and anticipate client needs.
Recruitment & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sourcing and delivery teams to align candidate pipelines (W2, C2C, 1099) with current requirements.
- Evaluate candidate profiles rigorously against client-specific criteria to ensure only the best-fit talent is submitted.
- Manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary complemented by an aggressive, uncapped commission structure based on requirement closures and account growth.
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with clear pathways for professional development and leadership progression.
- Access to premium recruiting tools, comprehensive databases, and platform subscriptions to enhance your sourcing and placement capabilities.
- Supportive team environment that values innovation, integrity, and continuous learning.
