US IT Recruiter

We are looking for US IT Recruiters with a minimum of 8 plus years of experience who have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

About the Role

We seek someone who can perform 360-degree validations of profiles with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Able to work remotely and ONLY on the night shift in the PST time zone, no exceptions.
• Experience with ATS and job portals, including Dice and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
