It Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer processing for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle offer negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
