Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location:Bangalore/Pune

Mandatory : 5 joiners to be onboarded per month

Work from office (Monday to Saturday) 

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across business and technology roles. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions while ensuring a strong candidate experience. Must give 5 joiners per Month & strong in Boolean search 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates for fitment (technical & cultural)
• Coordinate interviews and drive closure within defined TAT
• Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline data
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and SLAs

Key Skills:

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring (based on requirement)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Experience in IT services / product hiring
• Exposure to hiring across mid-level roles
• Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting dashboards
