Senior It Recruiter

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, client handling, team management, sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination. Experience in managing multiple IT requirements and achieving hiring targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. 

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Client Handling, Team Handling, and End-to-End Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multiple client requirements and recruitment targets.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
