  • Sourcing the resumes through various sources like company databases, references, portals, and Linkedln. 
  • Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements wrt sourcing and hiring activities. 
  • Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology. 
  • Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles.
