We are looking for a Technical IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring and strong expertise in LinkedIn-based sourcing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skill sets
- Experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and other IT professionals
- Excellent communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills
Please Note
- This role requires strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise. Candidates with experience limited to job boards/portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) without hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator sourcing experience may not be a fit.
