We are seeking dedicated individuals for the International Voice Process role in our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
