Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, nurturing potential clients, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with prospects, handling inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and inquiries efficiently.
  • Minimum 2+ years in similar role focussing on selling to CTO/CPOs.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of sales processes are preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.
