The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting revenue growth across IT staffing and services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence in outreach, and the ability to understand client requirements and align them with appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking activities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
- Understand client requirements and map them with the company's IT staffing and service offerings
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment/delivery) to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of client needs
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new service offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/business development (IT staffing experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
- Basic understanding of IT roles and staffing lifecycle (preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with good organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
