Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients, generating leads, and managing client accounts to build lasting business relationships. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. This role requires collaborating with the sales and support teams to meet organizational sales goals, as well as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
  • Previous experience in IT product or solutions sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
