Inside Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves managing the sales funnel through activities such as lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing accounts effectively, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and business development initiatives.

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects into customers
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent client experiences
• Experience in Account Management to build and manage long-term relationships with clients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and reporting tools is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
