Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves working closely with potential clients to generate leads, manage accounts, and maintain customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective customers, building and maintaining positive client relationships, and identifying opportunities for driving revenue growth. The individual will also support existing clients while ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospective clients
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience with Account Management to oversee and manage client portfolios
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close sales
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or D2C sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Prefer someone with 0-1 year of experience
  • Bachelors Degree from Tier 1/2 colleges preferred
