Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and working closely with the customer service team to address any issues. The representative will also be involved in market research to identify new sales opportunities and track market trends.
