Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identify solutions, and achieve sales targets. Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction will be a core aspect of this role, alongside contributing to the growth of the company's client base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide a positive client experience.
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on result-oriented sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the consulting or freelancing platform industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
