Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role includes executing daily tasks such as lead generation, identifying potential customers, and converting leads into opportunities. The Inside Sales Specialist will also maintain strong customer relationships, carry out product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and execute growth opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to nurture relationships and address inquiries
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction by ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Any prior experience in the EdTech or certification training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be located in bangalore
