About the Role

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation, customer engagement, and account management. The role includes nurturing prospects, understanding customer requirements, positioning ERBrains Microsoft solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The position requires close coordination with the presales and delivery teams to support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud, and related technology offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Relationship Building
  • Expertise in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry, preferably in Microsoft solutions sales
  • Ability to explain technology solutions to business users and decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
