Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

reelOn Technologies is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, converting leads, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, explaining our offerings, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns, referrals, databases, and inbound enquiries
  • Explain reelOn's products, services, subscription plans, and platform benefits
  • Understand customer needs and qualify leads for conversion
  • Generate sales opportunities and schedule demos or consultations
  • Perform regular follow-ups to nurture and close leads
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales details in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Customer-focused with strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email & WhatsApp
  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment

Preferred Profile

  • 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
  • Experience in subscription sales, B2C sales, digital platforms, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of Marathi or any additional regional language is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales enthusiasm are welcome
