Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – E-commerce Seller Acquisition

Location: Mumbai, Prabhadevi

Experience: 1–3 Years

WorkTimings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working days are Monday to Friday, with odd Saturdays being working days and even Saturdays as holidays.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive – E-commerce Seller Acquisitionto identify, engage, and onboard sellers onto leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Shopify, and other global platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to guide businesses through the marketplace onboarding process.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and reach out to businesses, manufacturers, traders, exporters, and entrepreneurs who may be interested in selling their products online.
  2. Make outbound calls to potential sellers and educate them about the benefits of selling on leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, and other global platforms.
  3. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, databases, and other lead-generation channels.
  4. Understand sellers business requirements and recommend suitable marketplace opportunities.
  5. Explain the onboarding process, documentation requirements, and marketplace policies to prospective sellers.
  6. Assist and guide sellers through account registration, onboarding, and activation processes.
  7. Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into active marketplace sellers.
  8. Achieve monthly seller onboarding and conversion targets.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  10. Stay updated on marketplace trends, seller requirements, and industry developments to effectively advise prospective sellers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Seller Acquisition, Marketplace Onboarding, E-commerce Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace ecosystems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience in seller onboarding for Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
  2. Knowledge of marketplace account creation, product listing, and seller activation processes.
  3. Prior experience in e-commerce, digital services, SaaS, or fintech sales will be an added advantage.
