Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive with experience in IT services to engage with US-based clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and supporting the sales pipeline by identifying potential business opportunities and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to introduce IT services and solutions
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, decision-makers)
  • Identify client requirements and map them to company offerings
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Follow up with prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and qualification targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
  • Experience working with US or international clients (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral/accented English suitable for US clients
  • Understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, cloud, SaaS, AI, enterprise solutions, etc.)
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and set appointments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
