Role Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales by connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored property solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include lead generation, following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and converting leads into successful sales. Maintaining excellent customer service and building long-term relationships will also be a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, including lead qualification and conversion strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong rapport with clients
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive results
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team-player
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
  • Understanding of real estate or Proptech industry trends is a plus
