We are urgently hiring for various airport roles including Ground Staff, Front Office, Backend, and Customer Service positions in India. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-8 years of experience in the aviation industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations at the airport.
  • Manage baggage handling and lost luggage claims.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front office and waiting areas.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to airport operations.
