About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Desk Agents – L1. This role involves providing first-level technical support, handling user queries, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to end users via calls, emails, or chats
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Ensure timely resolution and maintain service quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate (Excluding Pharmacy, Hotel Management, and Law)
Pass-out Year: 2020 – 2025
Experience: Freshers can apply
