We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Specialists. This entry-level role will involve supporting the recruitment process for fresh graduates in India, where you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate positions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and university connections.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the company and attract talent.
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
