Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Noida. Key responsibilities include generating leads, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, maintaining strong communication with prospective and existing clients, and proactively contributing to the sales pipeline. The Inside Sales Executive will also address customer inquiries, understand client needs, and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and nurture new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining positive relationships and addressing client needs
- Proven ability in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the electronics or components industry is an advantage
