Job Description
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable business solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track sales performance and share timely updates/reports with the team.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in tele-sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
- Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus.
