We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales professional with 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team, focusing on ERP segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Business Owners) to identify their business needs.
• Pitch the value proposition of our enterprise solutions and book meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects through a structured cadence of calls and emails.
• Stay updated on SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau products to articulate their benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and optimize lead conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or lead generation for enterprise software solutions (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward scheduling sales meetings.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
