Job Description

Role Overview:

The Central Sales role will be responsible for managing and driving sales through centralized channels, coordinating with store teams, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless order closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales through central channels (calls, WhatsApp, online inquiries, etc.)
  • Handle customer queries, product recommendations, and conversions
  • Coordinate with store teams for order fulfillment and inventory checks
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure closure of leads
  • Track daily sales performance and maintain MIS reports
  • Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (retail / centralized / inside sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with omnichannel sales processes
  • Strong follow-up and closure ability
