Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions tailored to their challenges, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role requires consistent collaboration with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients and generate opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, address their needs, and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Strong Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to client feedback and tailor solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or elderly care products is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
