Experience: 1–2 Years | Location: Gurgaon | Function: Inside Sales / Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who brings together BFSI domain expertise, strong outreach capabilities, and a research-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone who can engage with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers through intelligent prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and lead qualification — while contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and create qualified conversations that move deals forward.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & BFSI Engagement

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to BFSI prospects including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers
  • Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and communicate product value propositions effectively

Outreach & Pipeline Generation

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers across target industries
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team

Research & Lead Intelligence

  • Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders before initiating outreach
  • Create and maintain prospect databases and account lists for outreach campaigns
  • Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen outreach strategies
  • Support pipeline growth through lead qualification, enrichment, and account mapping

CRM & Collaboration

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate lead data, and tracking of outreach activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing
  • Report on outreach performance metrics and pipeline health regularly

Required Skills

  • Strong BFSI calling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or outbound lead generation for B2B/fintech products
  • Ability to handle objections and build conversations with confidence
  • Sound understanding of pipeline building, lead qualification, and sales funnel management
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities for account mapping and prospecting
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, verification, HR tech, or B2B solution sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales workflows
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io
  • Exposure to GTM execution, demand generation, or marketing-aligned sales campaigns
