Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sec 18 for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
