Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Inside Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and supporting customer needs. Daily tasks will include executing sales strategies, effective communication with potential clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key part in driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and building relationships
- Experience in sales and the ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a detail-oriented approach to managing leads and sales data
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
