Junior Inside Sales Executive IT Services (North America)

Experience: 13 years (Freshers with IT sales exposure can be considered)
Reporting To: Inside Sales Lead
Role Overview
We are hiring Junior Inside Sales Executives to support lead generation and qualification efforts for IT services in the North American market. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in IT services sales and work closely with marketing and senior sales stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound activities: email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups
- Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Research accounts and contacts in the US & Canada market
- Understand basic requirements and route qualified opportunities to the Inside Sales Lead
- Support initial calls or discussions as required
- Maintain accurate data in CRM (lead status, notes, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaign feedback and lead quality
- Meet weekly activity and qualification targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in inside sales / lead generation / business development
- Basic understanding of IT services, staffing, or software services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in US shift
- Willingness to learn IT services, ERP, and enterprise sales concepts
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM or sales tools
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo exposure
- Prior experience selling services (not mandatory)
