Job Description
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Qualify leads to determine fit and potential value for the company.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
Implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and close rates.
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to outperform them.
Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
- Networking and Industry Events
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand the business network.
Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and successful strategies with the team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in tele-sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus.
