Key Responsibilities
● Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities
● Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services effectively
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate and actionable customer data
● Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → closure
● Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
● Drive strong follow-ups to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction
● Share customer insights and feedback to improve sales strategies
What We're Looking For
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● 0–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development
● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
● Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
● Familiarity with CRM tools
● Target-driven mindset with strong ownership
● Basic understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics
