Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales) As an Inside Sales Executive for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning programs from Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.

Consultative Selling Understand the academic goals of students and parents, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Revenue Growth Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.

Customer Relationship Management Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Negotiation & Closing Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach

Excellent communication and persuasive skills tailored for the Indian customer base Prior experience in telesales/inside sales is preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (EdTech, education, or subscription-based services preferred)

Experience in selling to K-12 or test-prep customers is an added advantage

Bachelor's degree in any field Working Conditions

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST)

Work Days: 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)

Requirements: Must have access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection for work
