Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Present and explain products/services to generate interest
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Any Graduate (Btech, BCom, BBA, MBA, etc.)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/tele-calling/inside sales
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
