Job Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by managing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. The role involves engaging with potential customers, validating leads, and scheduling appointments for the field sales team, ensuring efficient conversion of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification:
· Reach out to assigned leads via phone/email.· Understand customer requirements and validate the quality of leads.· Categorize and prioritize leads based on potential.Appointment Setting:
· Coordinate with prospective customers to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.· Align appointments with the availability of the sales team.Customer Communication:
· Maintain professional and persuasive communication with prospects.· Clearly articulate product value propositions.CRM Management:
· Accurately update and maintain all interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.· Ensure data integrity and timely reporting.Coordination with Sales Team:
· Work closely with field sales representatives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.· Follow up on lead progress and feedback.Follow-ups & Conversion Support:
· Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement.· Support the sales team in improving conversion ratios.Requirements· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
· Proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is preferred
· Good interpersonal and convincing skills
· Ability to handle high-volume calling and multitask effectively
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data management
· Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Attributes
· Prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or lead generation
· Exposure to healthcare/medical devices industry is an advantage
· Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
