We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales or business development team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for effective lead conversion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Good understanding of sales pipeline and lead lifecycle management
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales
- Exposure to international markets (US/EU/APAC)
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms
- MBA or relevant business qualification
