Role Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving enrollment for online educational programs. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students, providing detailed information about courses, and guiding them through the admission process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring collaboration with a dynamic team to achieve business goals effectively.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and support potential students effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to close deals and drive enrollment growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Relevant experience in the EdTech industry or educational counseling is a plus.
