Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to lead our client acquisition efforts. You will be the driving force behind generating qualified leads, setting high-value appointments, and fueling revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential B2B prospects through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

  • Appointment Setting: Conduct qualification calls to understand client needs and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.

  • Lead Nurturing: Execute personalized follow-up sequences to maximize lead-to-appointment conversions.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting and revenue goals.

  • Pitching & Value Communication: Articulate our value propositions confidently and handle early-stage objections.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate activity logs, lead data, and pipeline updates using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.

  • 12 years of inside sales/lead generation experience (internship experience also considered).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead-gen tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and email outreach skills.

  • Highly driven, target-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and drive conversations confidently.
