Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and maintaining consistent communication to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing course information, managing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Executive will also ensure excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify and qualify potential clients effectively
  • Decent Communication and sales skills to build relationships and address customer needs
  • Proven ability to engage in sales activities, negotiate, and close deals
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with industry-specific sales techniques is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
