Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions. You'll work closely with marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Engage customers via calls. WhatsApp, email & social media
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer contracts
Provide consultations at clinics or through home visits
Analyse sales data and improve conversion strategies
Cold calling and outbound email outreach
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in B2C/inbound D2C sales
Startup, healthcare, or clinical sales experience preferred
Fluent in English, Hindi & regional language
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms
Own laptop & internet connection
EdTech or call centre sales background is a plus
P&O certification is a strong advantage
