Job Purpose :
Responsible for probing parents requirements, mapping them with Footprints services, conducting follow-ups with prospective parents, scheduling visits, and facilitating enrollments into Footprints Preschool and Daycare programs.
Job Description :
Handle incoming calls using Footprints systems and address all queries or concerns of parents in a professional manner.
Effectively communicate Footprints value propositions, programs, and services to prospective parents.
Make outbound calls to leads assigned by the system and pre-qualify them by gathering information about their location, profile, and interests.
Present detailed information about Footprints programs and document all lead-related data accurately in the system.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to gauge prospect interest and encourage centre visits for admissions.
Follow up with prospects post-centre visits to assist them with the admission process.
Respond promptly to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups as per business requirements and defined workflows to meet the required targets.
Minimum Education :
Graduate
Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Active listening and interpersonal skills.
Good computer proficiency.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Familiarity with Dialer tools and call-handling processes.
Experience :
1 year and above in sales/customer service
