The Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, clarifying program details, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to align student aspirations with MAS's offerings.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about MAS programs, eligibility, and career outcomes.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and campus outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with placement officers, coordinators, and student leaders to maximize outreach.
- Assist in organizing admission events, orientations, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely updates and reminders to applicants throughout the admission cycle.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets while ensuring high student satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or student engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
