What You'll Do

• Connect with franchise enquiry leads provided by the company.

• Explain Chai Waale's franchise business model and investment plans.

• Build strong relationships with potential investors and entrepreneurs.

• Follow up regularly and convert leads into successful franchise partners.

• Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Achieve monthly franchise closure targets.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong passion for sales and business development.

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or franchise sales is preferred.

• Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to confidently handle customer objections and negotiations.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in Tamil and English is an added advantage.
