Role Overvie

wWe are seeking a highly energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating qualified leads, engaging enterprise decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline for our IT and AI solutions

.This is a hunter role, ideal for professionals who enjoy prospecting, initiating conversations, nurturing opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development team to create new business opportunities across India

Key Responsibiliti

esLead Generation & Business Developme

  • ntGenerate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and digital channel
  • s.Identify prospective enterprise customers and key decision-makers across target industrie
  • s.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-u
  • p.Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the leadership tea
  • m.Qualify opportunities based on customer needs, budget, authority, and timeline

s.Client Engageme

  • ntUnderstand customer business challenges and position appropriate IT and AI solution
  • s.Develop relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and business stakeholder
  • s.Conduct initial solution discussions and coordinate technical presentations with internal team
  • s.Ensure timely follow-up and nurture prospects through the sales lifecycl

e.Sales Support & Operatio

  • nsMaintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and pipeline update
  • s.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, commercial documents, and report
  • s.Monitor sales activities and provide periodic MIS and pipeline reports to managemen
  • t.Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI and technology opportunitie
  • s.Support initiatives aimed at achieving individual and organizational revenue target

Required Qualifications & Experie

  • nceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipli
  • ne.2–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales within the IT/ITES indust
  • ry.Strong experience in B2B lead generation and enterprise customer engageme
  • nt.Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and Linked
